We apologize for the high No-Show fees, but we had a 42% “No-Show” rate during Chapel Dulcinea’s first year of operation. Instituting a $100 No-Show fee did little to solve the problem.
SAD BUT TRUE: Our highest percentage of No-Shows were for the most coveted “evening and weekend” time slots, most of which had been scheduled more than a year in advance. Due to the extremely low no-show fee we required back then, most couples never bothered to tell us to release their time slot to one of the dozens of couples who would have done anything to have it.
Imagine how we felt, week after week, as we watched the Chapel go unused after telling all these other couples, “Sorry, but no time slots are available.”
Please be committed to your date before you make a reservation.
MAKE A CLICK-ERROR? Occasionally, a person will make a simple mistake and click the wrong date in our online “Schedule a Wedding” calendar. If you call us within 24 hours of scheduling your wedding, the chapel staff will allow you to change your date ONE TIME, but only if you call within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are here 7 days a week.
If you need to change your reservation more than 24 hours after booking it, this will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. You will receive a refund of only 50 percent of your No-Show fee. You are then free to book a new date.
You may have only ONE DATE reserved at a time.
