Once a rental purchase is made, we will reach out to you directly to make sure we have it ready for your specific wedding date and time.
Measures 24 inches in diameter by 40 inches high.
We’ll bring the table(s) and set up before the start time of your event so you can just enjoy the day like you’re supposed to.
Linens are highly recommended for a nice appearance. Bring your own linens using your personal color scheme if you’d like. Or you can use our classic black linens and we’ll set up both the table and the linens for you.
*Our linens are included with the rental. Just let us know if you DON’T need them.
Where will everything be set up?
• Normally we set up all the chairs at Chapel Dulcinea for guests to view the ceremony.
• We set up all the tables at the Spence Diamond Pavilion conveniently located on the path leading to the chapel.
• If you want cocktail tables set up at the chapel we can do that. Just email chapeldulcinea@wizardacademy.org immediately after your order and let us know.
How many will fit?
• For context we can fit up to two of the 8 foot rectangular tables or up to two of the 5 foot round tables at the Pavilion.
• Or we can fit up to four of the smaller cocktail tables.
